An application for a lot line adjustment of property between Bart Cushing, located on 19 Mt. Gilboa Road, Map U2-10, in the MDR zone and Map U2-11 on 17 Mt. Gilboa Road owned by Katherine Cushing and William Martin, will be submitted to the Planning Board on August 19th , 2024 at 6:30 PM. If the application is accepted as complete, the lot line adjustment hearing on the merits of the proposal may commence. This proposal will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as the decision is reached. All interested parties are welcome to attend the hearings.
