  There will be a Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing being held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday December 18, 2024, at the Westmoreland Town Hall (780 Route 63, Westmoreland, NH 03467). This hearing pertains to a request by Daniel & Alison Fissette at 5 Torrey Hill Rd Westmoreland, NH, 03467 (Map R7- Lot 3 & Map R12- Lot 100). Mr. & Mrs. Fissette are requesting an Administrative Appeal under the hardship standards of RSA 674:41. The driveway permit was denied because of steep access onto town road. Mr. and Mrs. Fissette are requesting driveway access to be off Torrey Hill Rd class V and via a right of way. The building permit was denied because the location of the driveway access to be off Torrey Hill Rd class V and via a right of way.
